Lauren (CVPM-Practice Manager)

Lauren grew up in Temecula, California. She has always had a love for animals and began working as a veterinary assistant while attending college. In 2009 Lauren graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor's degree in Zoology. She then moved to the Antelope Valley when her husband began work at Edwards AFB and started working at Lancaster Pet Clinic in January 2012. When Lauren isn't working at Lancaster Pet Clinic she enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, and spending time with her family, friends, and her Beagle, Wallace.

Michelle (Receptionist)

Michelle started working at Lancaster Pet Clinic in 2011. She enjoys working part time with animals and spends the rest of her time raising her 3 children and 3 dogs. On her down time she likes to read, cook, and spend time with family.

Kaitlyn (Receptionist)

Kaitlyn grew up in the Antelope Valley, and has always had an immense love for animals. She’s been working at LPC since December 2017 and dreams of getting a degree in Zoology and working for animal conservation. Her favorite animal (besides Teddy) is the elephant.

Leah (Receptionist)

Leah is an Antelope Valley native and after leaving Palmdale for a few years for schooling she decided to come back to the AV to settle down to be close to her friends and family. Leah has been in the veterinary field as both a receptionist and veterinary assistant for over 8 years. When Leah is not working she enjoys snowboarding, dirt biking, going on trips to the river and cuddling with her beloved dogs Cookay and Tommy.

Ashley (Veterinary Assistant)

Ashley has worked at Lancaster Pet Clinic since September 2011, however she has worked with Dr. Greg and Dr. Leigh Gallegos since 2004. She has primarily worked in small animal hospitals and also has 2 years of experience with a large animal practice. Ashley has an AA in Business Management from AVC and an AS in Veterinary Technology from CVC in Texas. She is a Certified Veterinary Assistant and plans on testing to become a Registered Veterinary Technician in the future. Ashley loves to be at the lake with her family, friends and her Boston Terrier, Riley.

Laura (Veterinary Assistant)

Laura has always had a love for animals. After high school she began taking classes to become a teacher, then worked as a Pre-school teacher shortly after. Laura taught for several years but then decided she wanted to work with animals. Laura has worked as a veterinary assistant since 2007 and became a Certified Veterinary Assistant in 2008. She began working at Lancaster Pet Clinic in January 2012. Laura loves helping pets and wants to continue her education in the veterinary field; she is especially interested in Ultrasonography for animals. Laura enjoys spending time with her friends and family; both human and furry.

Andrea (Veterinary Assistant)

Andrea grew up in the Antelope Valley and obtained a Veterinary Assistant course certificate. She is now pursuing her goal of becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician. Andrea's furry family includes her cats Athena, Apollo, and Lucius, her German shepherd, Deebo, and her Fenchie named Bruce. Andrea started working at Lancaster Pet Clinic in March 2013 and loves how everyday is different in the veterinary field.

Gina (Veterinary Assistant)

Ever since Gina could remember she always wanted to work with animals. At 13 she started washing horses for some family friends since she couldn't own one. Gina has primarily worked with animals at local rescues and also worked at a local boarding facility. Eventually she would like to open up her own rescue and rehabilitation facility primarily to help bully breeds, which are her weakness.

Lexx (Veterinary Assistant)

Lexx has worked at Lancaster Pet Clinic since August of 2016. She has been working in the animal field since November of 2015 and is currently pursuing her Registered Veterinary Technician license. Rebekah (Animal Care Giver)

Rebekah grew up in Los Angeles and moved to Palmdale in 2013. She has always had a passion for animals. Rebekah volunteered at a ranch working with exotic animals and shortly after began working at LPC. When Rebekah is not working she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Marisol (Animal Care Giver)

Marisol started working at Lancaster Pet Clinic in the spring of 2017. She grew up in the Antelope Valley where her family always welcomed the presence of rescues and bully breeds in particular. She has helped injured and and abandoned wildlife since she was very young and hopes to help open a rescue with her sister.

Our Resident FurBabies

Night Fury

Night Fury was found as a very tiny kitten by one of our employees. He was believed to have followed her cat home and was clearly in need of a family and medical attention. The LPC team nourished him back to full health. He formed a very special bond with some of our staff members and enjoys daily kisses and lounging on the office chairs. He was named after the animated character “Toothless” who is a night fury dragon, because of his feisty personality, yellow eyes and black coat.

Sheldon & Penny

Sheldon & Penny were found on the side of the road with mama cat nowhere to be found and brought in by one of our clients. We were happy to take them in and give them the medical attention they needed. These two little babies had a terrible virus that infected their eyes so badly that Sheldon's right eye and both of Penny's eyes had to be removed. Thanks to our very own surgeon, Dr. Leigh, they went through the surgeries with flying colors and have grown up to be healthy, happy cats. Our entire staff fell in love with these kittens. Sheldon is quite the boy cat always causing mischief, he is an attention hog, while Penny is calm, quiet and very sweet. She moves around the hospital like she can still see and surprises us daily with her independence.
